In celebration of one of the most influential baseball players of all time, Jackie Robinson, Tommy Bahama, in partnership with Major League Baseball Properties, released the 2014 Collector’s Edition shirt in time for Jackie Robinson Day April 15. Tommy Bahama, an island-inspired lifestyle brand, which has worked with MLB continuously to honour respected baseball legends of our time, created this custom designed shirt. The shirt features hand painted artwork, an embroidered number “42” on the arm and front, along with Robinson’s signature and a vintage photo of him in a classic Brooklyn Dodgers uniform. Limited quantities have been made and each one numbered. Shirt number 42 will be signed by the members of the Robinson family and auctioned to benefit the Jackie Robinson Foundation. The collector’s item is available exclusively here and at select Tommy Bahama retail locations. Emma Kombora
