Awwww shittt…TeamBackPack has touched down in Toronto. The cypher which has featured lyricists like Joell Ortiz, Cyhi The Prynce and Ras Kass flex their skills on it, has made it’s way to the 6ix.

This addition of the cypher sheds some more light on the city’s emcees with Kayo, Clairmont The Second, Flex The Antihero, John River and Raz Fresco each stepping to the mic attacking the Evan Miles produced beat in one take. No do-overs or punching in allowed here.

Five emcees each with five different styles and each bringing fire to the mic nothing short of pure dopeness. With each listen you’re bound to have a new favourite on who ripped it the most. For those hungry for beats and bars, there are no hooks and no fluff here – just straight showing off rhyme skills.

The TeamBackPack cypher series is certainly where it’s at. And the 6ix doesn’t disappoint.
