Seattle-raised rapper Nacho Picasso incorporates the dark grunge atmosphere of his hometown in J Byrd The Lowlife assisted track “City Lights”.

Despite Macklemore being the most well known rapper out of Seattle, the city has a range of underground artists whose flow and flair embody a whole other nature, Nacho Picasso being one of them.

Picasso vibes as 88 Ultra from Blue Sky Black Death (BSBD) hops on the song’s production, sampling the opening theme from TV series “Twin Peaks” (which is set in a fictional Washington) and creates a chilled out rhythm best heard lifted.

“City Lights” flows fresh off The Witchtape, a project Picasso and 88 Ultra dropped earlier this month.
