North London rapper Little Simz brings a refreshing level of energy to the table in the music video for her song “Intervention” off her AGE 101: DROP 3|000 EP which dropped back in December 2014. Over the well-composed Sevn Thomas & Prezident Jeff produced instrumental, Little Simz flexes her lyrical prowess with a healthy mix of hard-hitting punchlines and unique flows throughout each of the verses, leaving something new for us to catch each time the track is played from start to finish. In addition to this, the end of the music video gives listeners a sneak peek of an unreleased song which compliments the overall feel of “Intervention” quite well. This one is definitely worth checking out.
